(i) Birthday party / Event: A Non-refundable deposit of 20% of the estimated amount to be paid for an event / party booking confirmation for the venue and the balance to be paid on the day of the event. In case of cancellation, no refund will be given. Date change is allowed upto 1 month from the date of the event booked subject to availability.

(ii) Catering, additional entertainment activities & theme decor can be provided from our list of authorized vendors at an extra charge. Outside catering, entertainment / entertainers and décor is permitted at a service fee.
